Rick's American Diner and Gym is located in Sandy Bay area of Roatan about two minutes by car from Sundancer, this is a fabulous tree top restaurant with great views. They serve the best steaks, burgers and ribs along with rack of lamb and a wide selection of fish, the menu is the most extensive on the island. The restaurant is open from 5.00pm until late The gym is open everyday and costs around $45 for a week. Daily rates are also available. |

This is a great boulangerie located in the west end part of Roatan, they open around 6.00am and I highly recommend the crossiants and coffee. They have two computers for free internet use if you have made a purchased this is also wireless network so you can take your own computer there. | |||||||||||

Ooloonthoo is located in the west end part of Roatan and if you like your indian curries this is the place to go, there is a good range of dishes on the menu to suit all tastes and the quality and service is excellent. | |||||||||||

The Argentinian Grill is located in Roatan's West End, it has a good reputation and a modest menu, they have draught beer which is a bonus and also tables on the beach if you want to brave the bugs. | |||||||||||

The Blue Parrot is located on the Sundancer complex in Roatan's Sandy Bay, Bob and Wendy seve up a good selection of The restaurant is located along the main road before Lawson's Rock if you are traveling from Coxen Hole. It is open Monday to Saturday between the hours of 12 to 9 PM+. Good steak and lobster for $10 with sandwiches around $5 and cold beer at $1. | |||||||||||
